DrFirst Acquires the Assets of iPrescribe.net

The move demonstrates company’s commitment to rapid growth and innovation

Rockville, Md. — DrFirst, a leading provider of e-prescribing and secure texting solutions for healthcare providers, announced today it has acquired the assets of iPrescribe.net, a mobile e-prescribing application for iOS and Android devices. The move follows a banner year of investment and growth at DrFirst, which raised $42M in financing in 2015, including $25 million in equity financing from Goldman Sachs.
