Installing any new computer system requires a transition period, but our unsurpassed technology and implementation process make the conversion as painless as possible.
Our streamlined implementation process takes you through each step of the installation with minimum effort and disruption to your business. We assist you in every stage of the process, provide expert training to you and your staff on how to effectively utilize the system, and provide you with support to make sure your system works properly. The Implementation and Training Department becomes involved immediately after a new client joins DrFirst. We work closely with each client to provide a customized approach to the implementation of their system.
Within (1) week of your registration, you should expect to receive a phone call from one of our Certified Trainers. They will work with you to obtain the following:
- Set up an appointment for System Training
- This one time training is typically done at your practice with all providers and any staff involved in the ePrescribing program
- Please be aware of expected training times:
- 5-10 Providers + Staff (2 Hours)
- 10-20 Providers + Staff (4 Hours)
- 20-30 Providers + Staff (6 Hours)
- 30+ Providers + Staff (We recommend the group is split into 2 half day trainings)
- Additional training can be scheduled over a Webex
- Set up a day and time when DrFirst will remotely perform a data extraction from your Practice Management or Billing System onto Rcopia™
- This will eliminate the need for your practice to enter each patient manually. It only requires approximately 20 minutes of one staff member’s time to assist us in pulling patient demographic information
-Prior to your Training Session your practice must have High Speed Internet installed
-To help you get the most out of training, we recommend that you spend a few minutes to review the
demos on this website
-Set up your wireless router prior to training. If you need assistance, we work with a local contractor and would be happy to provide you with that information
