Scheduled September 8th, DrFirst will be switching over to a new ticketing system, JIRA Service Desk, to manage your issues via https://sdesk.drfirst.com/support.
The three email addresses you may have used in the past, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com will be de-activated as a mechanism for opening tickets on September 8th.
Customers and partners are advised to submit electronic tickets beginning September 8th by logging into the new customer portal and submitting their support requests. Customers can also continue to call in to receive support via the 24/7 DrFirst call center.
