Our Platforms

Medication Management
We established market dominance early on for being the leading innovator of e-prescribing technology, receiving “Top Honors” year after year by the Medical Records Institute at the annual TEPR show. Our medication management solutions allow ambulatory providers to increase productivity and patient safety while meeting Meaningful Use, and facilitate acute care facilities by supporting the medication reconciliation and discharge process. We were also the key advisor to the DEA during development of the criteria for the interim final rule for controlled substance e-prescribing. We were the first vendor to send a certified and authenticated script through our EPCS Gold 1.0 platform. Our vendor agnostic solutions allow for expedited time to market for all vendors to quickly support efforts to reduce prescription fraud, abuse, and neglect through effective control and monitoring of Schedule II-V medications.

Our Future

The breadth of our solutions and customers goes beyond e-prescribing to impact the full healthcare continuum. Industry drivers for exponential growth include significant momentum in the hospital market related to compliance with regulatory standards for coordinated care, secure communications, increased productivity with a greater number of patients and fewer resources, controlling costs and preventing readmissions. In addition, there are government mandates and incentives driving movement from paper records to electronic-based systems, as well as an industry focus on population health management and positive patient outcomes.

We have a long history of successfully developing technology that meets the needs of a transforming healthcare landscape, and we will continue to lead the industry in creating Practical. Powerful. Innovations in Healthcare IT.
